Location right by the beach and esplanade.
Found the floorboards creaky, making it tough to sleep when guests moved around above. Limited drink options in the room. would have appreciated hot chocolate. The restaurant’s only serving one course due to staffing seems like a missed opportunity for a more diverse dining experience.

Staying here with my teenage daughter was fantastic! We loved having a room with a sea view, which made our morning coffee feel extra special. We spent a memorable afternoon cycling along the scenic coastline nearby, soaking in all the breathtaking sights.
For dads, it would be great to have some family-friendly dining options right at the hotel.

The room was large and clean, which was a huge plus. It had a comfy bed and the staff were super friendly. Only downside was the noise outside that made it stuffy at times, especially if you needed fresh air. I appreciate that they allowed my PTSD dog and the staff even knew her name!

Had a fantastic time with friends! We enjoyed a boat ride along the famous Jurassic Coast and went cycling on nearby trails. Staff were super friendly and the location was perfect for exploring. Just a heads up, the rooms were a bit small, but the clean bedding and good shower made up for it!
We were disappointed that our family room wasn't cleaned upon arrival. We had to wait a bit for it to be sorted, which was frustrating.
